What Style House???

Well, hubby took my camera to work (without asking) so I cannot share my flea market finds with you this morning.  (yes, I'm frustrated)

So, I've decided to show you all the sales paper from my house when it was originally built (in the 1970's) to see if anyone can determine what "style" house this was intended to be.  Perhaps there is no style, just 1970's "groovy" LOL.  Hubby and I have gone back and forth on what we think the style was intended to be and he would love to bring in elements to accentuate that style, but if it doesn't have a style that can be determined then he loses.

So, what do YOU think?

Given the photo, and the date of construction, I would say that your house is 1970s faux-Colonial Ranch.

The original owners might well have had lots of the Ethan Allen maple Colonial furniture, milk glass lamps and accessories, brass Williamsburg style candlesticks on the mantle, Fostoria coin glass...well, you get the picture.
