Breast Cancer Awareness Month
If you haven't already done so recently, schedule your mammogram as soon as possible. It's a small preventative step that could save your life.
While you're at it, schedule a skin check with your dermatologist.
Then perhaps you could use a check-up at your gynecologist?
I took care of all my appointments last month and I'm proud to report that the following all came out clear.
I had a mammogram, a pap smear, an endometriosis biopsy, an ultrasound of uterus and ovaries, and various blood tests.
Thankfully I chose to see the dermatologist earlier this year and was able to have some pre-cancerous skin removed, but it's been 3-months and I'm due for a repeat check this month.
Don't procrastinate, be proactive.
Perhaps you could make a donation to Breast Cancer Research?
