Hi Suzann, What a beautiful photo! That verse has been taken out of context too many times. I like to think that if a husband should love his wife as much as he loves himself, then a loving wife couldn't help but be submissive because she wants to please him. It works both ways. Both hubby and little wifey could be putty in each others hands if they practiced what it stated in this verse. A whole lot of marriages would be saved if every couple practiced what it says in this verse. Thank you for sharing and have a lovely day.

Why is it that this verse, which sounds so "submissive", always gives me the heebie-jeebies?
I wish I could be more submissive, less willful.
