Living Your Dreams...

Here's a little something you might not know about me.

Before I met my husband, I was a biker chick.

(that's right!  Leather, boots, chaps, the whole 9-yards!)

I swore I would never marry anyone who didn't ride a Harley.

I didn't do it.

My husband didn't own a motorcycle.

But, I've brought him over to "my" side.

He bought a "starter" bike (that's him on the right).

Our friends are on their Harley on the left

He's going to get his license and buy a Harley

We're making a dream a reality.

What dreams do you have that have been sleeping since life swept you away?

What dreams are waiting for you remember them?

Don't let your dreams die

Remember them

Live Them

Make them reality

My first boyfriend had a motorcycle, and we spend endless summer days cruising all around southwest Ohio and eastern Indiana. Those were some good times.

I'm too paranoid to ride a bike now with my kids so little. I know three women who lost their husbands on motorcycles (due to careless drivers on the road, no fault of their own). So when they're grown and out of the house, I would love to be on the back of a bike with Joe.

My current dream is to take a cruise with Joe and the kids. And we're gonna book it this week. And Joe's parents are coming along, too. I'm WAY excited!

Hope you are feeling better! Way to go with YOUR dreams!

Wow!! You amaze me. My long time boyfriend had a Kawasaki LTD 1000 and we loved cruising. I would take over once in awhile but my feet couldn't touch the ground!! Sometimes I think of getting a moped or Vespa for the lake, but that of course is a dream!
