Here it is. That car that has no payments. The car that replaced my fancy SUV.
The car that gets me from point A to point B. It's vintage, it's kinda fun, and it's all
mine. No banks, no payments, no loans, simplicity at it's best.
But she needs a name, dontcha think?
What would you name her?

Good for you! We used to have Volvo's, and now we have a 1997 Acura with 127,000 miles on it, but we're driving it til it quits or we've saved enough to buy new one...now is not the time to be in debt!
I know you won't like this name, but the first thing that came to my mind was Betty Blue. I'm sure there are som great names to choose from...have fun choosing one!

Your Volvo reminds me of mine! Her name is "Vernida", lovingly named after my mother (it was her middle name, thank goodness)! I, too, always drove new suv's, but God has a way of humbling us and making it all okay! I couldn't be happier with Vernida...she's never let me down, nor will my God!

You can't go wrong with a VOLVO - the safety cafe around a VOLVO is like none other. I had a 1980 Brown VOLVO sedan when I was 16 in 1986 and I still miss it. Big steering wheel - sturdy car. I come from a VOLVO family, my Dad worked in corporate VOLVO for 11 years when he first started out in a career. He has never had another car but a VOLVO. Enjoy!

The first name that popped into my head when I looked at it was Carla. Don't know what that means!
I drive a Honda Civic. My friend came up with the name "Civvy" when I first got it. I didn't care for that one... I thought about "Christy," since the previous owner was named that but now I have a boyfriend whose ex-wife is named Christy. So my car is nameless!
Maybe Volvy? That sounds too much like a female body part!
