What's Been Keeping Me Out of Trouble

When we moved into this house two years ago I knew that everything would need to be changed. We purchased this house simply because of it's potential and location, location, location.

Last year I refinished the kitchen cabinets which were a very boring honey oak color. I tried a glazing technique that I thought I liked, but after living with for the past year, I realized I didn't like it. So...the project begins again.

The process is slow-going, but I know that in the end it will be worth it all because I took my time and I'm doing it right.

Here's a little preview of how they're coming along.

Another project that I'm working on is my bedroom. Here's a tiny peek into what is to come.

OH MY....you are so brave to tackle such a big project as refinishing your cabinets! It is such tedious work. I hope that turn out beautiful! And if that sneak peek is any indication...your bedroom is gonna be gorgeous.
