Do You See What I See?
Here are some photos of some of my favorite things in my great room. This is the main living space in our home. I would love to hear what you see for this space given the photos I have shown. The sofa? Definitely NOT staying. The paint colors? Definitely could be changed. I'm even going to start painting the kitchen cabinets this weekend and I have not chosen a color for those either. It's almost a blank canvas. What would YOU do if you could decorate this room however you wanted? Have fun!

Your accessories are wonderful and old world look. I think all that the room lacks is warmth on the walls. What will your new couch be like? I would add color and a valance or drapes by those amazing windows. I love the shutters. Go with the pretty things you already have in the room. Perhaps pick colors out of some of the accessories like the pretty transferware plates or the painting.

I would add some color to the walls, I really like tan or sage green or maybe robins egg blue and I would add some fabric to finish off your beautiful shutters
I like taupe walls with white plantation shutters! I think the two together look so classy. The taupe color would really be warm too!
